The Private Directors Association® is starting a new Chapter in San Francisco and surrounding area to serve the needs of Private Companies interested in forming Boards of Directors and individuals interested in joining Private Company Boards. The San Francisco Chapter has been and will be holding programs featuring high-level panel presentations. These presentations and networking opportunities provide members information about the best board governance practices, awareness of available board positions, and information to help private companies form effective Boards of Directors and Advisors. These programs are being supported by local sponsor organizations including banks, accounting firms, law firms, and others whose missions of serving Private Companies is aligned with that of the Private Directors Association®.
