The Nashville Chapter was formed in 2018 and exists to further connectivity among three primary constituencies:
- Private Company Owners and Executives who see quality governance as a tool to improve company performance and prepare for challenges like succession planning and pending M&A or exit situations
- Board Directors or Director Candidates who want to strengthen their boardroom acumen and stay abreast of trends facing private companies and their directors
- Service Providers who want to stay tuned to developments in the private company governance space
