The Charlotte Chapter was formed in 2017 and has a growing active membership. From September through June, the Chapter holds regular programs featuring esteemed panels that discuss timely topics related to private company board governance. Without the support of local Sponsors, the Charlotte Chapter would not be able to hold programs that allow the Chapter to provide members events connecting private company, private equity, family and employee-owned businesses, CEOs, board members, and advisors to support owners in board formation issues, introduce/discuss governance best practices, and match qualified directors with owners.
